More likely than not, inappropriate discipline was used to manage the behavior of one or more school aged children. The out-dated practice of "time out" by putting ones head down on the table was enforced by Ms Hamilton. This was interpreted by some children as "banging" or "slamming" and to feeling "hurt" or "scared". Ms Hamilton is willing and open to updating her behavior management policy and practices and is seeking further education and information from her Early Achievers coach. ?? "No observation provided."
